Ever wondered what goes into making those mouth-watering vegetarian Indian street food (savoury snacks)?

You can learn all about making those samosas (curried potato filled pastries).

Make your own pastry dough, learn to mould it into a perfect triangle to create some savoury magic.

What is provided

-All ingredients, tools and equipment are provided.

-The recipe for what we cook on the day is also provided.

-In the interest of not cluttering the benches, we will be cleaning our bowls and utensils while the main is cooking.

Level of expertise: Intermediate

You will:

- learn to make samosa pastry

- learn to whip together samosa fillings

Terms & conditions


Parking can be hard to find sometimes. It is highly recommended to take a train to redfern station and 10 minute walk to the class.


Please message me for cancellations. Conditions for cancellation are as follows.

-full refund if attendance is cancelled more than 7 days out from the class

-no refund if attendance is cancelled 5 days out from the class

-the teacher reserves the right to cancel a class 2 days before the class date if minimum class numbers (4) are not met. Full refund in such cases.

What to bring

-closed shoes and long sleeves

-nothing other than interest in learning new cooking skills!

-Bring your own tupperware, or containers to take away food that is not used.
