This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, having any or none existing cooking skills, in a friendly and warm environment.
The class will start with us making the pasta dough, while the dough is resisting we will make the sauce using typical Italian produce, we will then use the pasta machine to roll the dough and cut it into shape. Finally we will sit around the table to enjoy our creations, alternatively I can pack it for you to take it away.
Cost of the class includes all the ingredients, use of all the equipment and the sit down meal.
