This is a hands-on vegetarian cooking class. You will learn about classic Indian flat breads, and learn how to create layers of flavours most commonly used in Indian cuisine
In this class, you will learn to make delicious and mouth-watering aloo parathas (Indian flat bread filled with potatoes). The parathas are served with tangy green coriander and mint chutney and raita (yoghurt spiced with cucumbers, and delicious herbs).
Every class is unique and designed to suit your taste buds and preferences - after all that's what home cooking is all about!
All ingredients are provided. For individual preferences and dietary requirements, please contact me.
-All ingredients, tools and equipment are provided.
-The recipe for what we cook on the day is also provided.
-In the interest of not cluttering the benches, we will be cleaning our bowls and utensils while the main is cooking.

Address: The final address will be provided to confirmed attendees one day before the class.
Like most places in and around city; parking can be difficult. It is highly recommended that you take a train or bus to the nearest Redfern station and walk 5 minutes to the class.

-full refund if attendance is cancelled more than 7 days out from the class
-no refund if attendance is cancelled 5 days out from the class
-the teacher reserves the right to cancel a class 2 days before the class date if minimum class numbers (4) are not met. Full refund in such cases.
-closed shoes, apron and long sleeves
-nothing other than interest in learning new cooking skills!
-Bring your own tupperware, or containers to take away food that is not used.
